We stopped by the Luke AFB Fall Festival. The kids all got to ride ponies.

The girls were in heaven, and rode a second time.

Braden loved the inflatable Jaws slide and bouncy castle.

We all enjoyed the free ice cream.

There was a "pumpkin patch" where the kids could each pick out a free pumpkin to take home.

I limited them to two, knowing that we'd never carve five pumpkins.

Parker got something in his eye, that we couldn't rinse out, and he was miserable the whole time. He didn't want to try the giant bungee trampoline or the rock wall. Poor kid.

Preston and London both got about 3/4 of the way to the top before getting stuck. Not bad. There were all sorts of vendors who had set up booths. The kids could go around trick or treating and the vendors gave them candy, or small prizes. I bought a jar of homemade strawberry jam from some girls raising money for breast cancer research. They said that they were having a raffle, and since I bought the jam, I got three tickets. Bonus. Well, I won. I got a hand-crocheted yellow baby blanket, which I'll save for Eden. Cool.
