My friend Melissa and I took our kids to Buffalo Corral Stables on post to see the horses.
(Parker and Preston stayed home with Brent.)
There is a donkey that roams free, and is very friendly. There were also spring horses and rocking horses for the children to ride while they waited for a turn on the real thing.
I had on sandals, so Melissa did all of the horse leading, while I stayed behind and supervised the kids. London wanted to ride on her own. Maybe another time.
Brooklyn is my horse-lover. She didn't want to get down when her turn was over.
Braden had to have short fake stirrups, because his feet couldn't reach the real ones. The kids all had such a great time.
