Power Outage

School has been cancelled for today and tomorrow. Our power went out yesterday afternoon, due to downed trees on the power lines. We have a gas water heater, so we have hot water, which is nice. We also have a gas heater, but it has an electric blower, so our house is freezing. Unfortunately, the gas fireplace in the living room was never hooked up, so we can't use it, but we have lots of clothes and blankets and are snuggling, so we'll be okay. We got out our camp stove and a can of propane and made dinner, and have a camp heater that we can use if the outage lasts too much longer.
